Colorado Springs is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Colorado Springs follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Absolutely best customer service. I originally got a mailer about a discounted oil change which is how I first came to this location. I've since been back numerous times. They are so quick and friendly. I really appreciated that they recommended services based on milage, but didn't push the issue. The way it was presented was so polite by acknowledging that the recommended service could have previously been completed at a different shop. The way they handle everything is so professional. Even the children of one of the workers (or potentially the owner) were polite and came over to offer me water while I was waiting. This is my new go-to shop!

The team at Best West South Academy location in Colorado Springs have always been very honest and transparent when I bring my cars in for maintenance. The pricing is always fair. Plus, knowing that they also service government vehicles gives me reassurance as well. The staff are amazing.

Best West Tire Service, in my opinion, sets the standard when it comes to customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a ride to work and transportation to pick up my vehicle. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, I was greeted with a smile. They truly went the extra mile to ensure my experience was smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a business that takes such pride in treating customers with respect and care. I highly recommend Best West Tire Service to anyone looking for reliable service and outstanding customer support.

I called to get an estimate. Just over the phone they where knowledgeable and then they got me in the next day. It was a life savor because I knew my car needed the original repair but they found a much needed and dire repair and called to explain the pictures they sent. Gave me pricing over the phone but even in message. They also had a shuttle service to get me home and same back if needed. Great place of people and I will definitely be going back in the future.
